About
Hi, I'm Vu. I'm a frontend engineer and UX designer based in Oslo, currently working at Pixii.
At Pixii, I work on systems that support secure, high-quality BESS solutions. My role sits between design and engineering. I design and build dashboards used across the company. This includes shaping design systems, building components, defining interaction patterns, and making sure everything runs fast and reliably. Most of what I do revolves around turning complex systems into something people can actually understand and use.
I spend a lot of time thinking about structure, how data flows, how interfaces scale, and how small details affect the overall experience. The goal isn’t just to make things look good, but to make them work well over time.
Recently, I’ve been exploring how AI fits into my workflow. I use it to move faster, from early ideas and prototyping to testing and iteration. It also gives me space to experiment more freely with concepts that wouldn’t normally make it into production.
Outside of work, I build and experiment with small digital products. Some are tools I want to use myself. Others are just ideas I want to test. Not everything works, but that’s part of the process. This is where I try things, ship quickly, and learn what actually sticks.
When I’m not at my desk, I spend a lot of time outdoors, camping, cooking, cycling. I also enjoy collecting and fixing old computers. There’s something about understanding how things used to work that makes me better at building new ones.
I’m always interested in products, ideas, and how things are built. If you have something interesting to share, feel free to reach out.
